Jasper, IN (June 2009) – National Office Furniture was presented the Office Furniture Dealers Alliance’s (OFDA) 2009 Non-Aligned Manufacturer of the Year Bronze Award at its Chicago Showroom on Monday, June 15th.
The award is based on a carefully structured, anonymous dealer poll – the OFDA Dealer Manufacturer Satisfaction Index (DMSI) Survey. Its purpose is to improve dealer manufacturer relations by measuring ten functional areas of manufacturer performance that are of greatest importance to dealers throughout North America. The award program recognizes manufacturers that deliver the most consistent and effective overall support to dealers in those areas.
